The purpose of this 6-month project is to increase the profitability of the sales by at least 0.5%. It is designed on 7 phases:

  • Total reality simulation

  • Individual coaching programm

  • Coaching programm for sales managers

  • Final evaluation

This development project is focused on the negotiating and closing process - building the closing strategy and a coherent negotiating system meant to increase profitability.

 

Plus 15% Value

Plus 15% Value is a 6-month RESULT project dedicated to increasing the number of the customers by at least 15%. It is designed on 5 phases:

  • Diagnosis sales system

  • Predictive evaluation for sales team

  • Training and workshop programm

  • Coaching programm

  • Final assessment

Strategic Sales

Strategic Sales project is part of RESULT Sales Academy and is meant to develop and improve the sales manner of thinking and behaving.

It is a 12-month project and has 3 modules:
