Next Generation

Next Generation is a complex project aiming at increasing management effectiveness and business productivity. It is a 6-month project and is designed on 4 levels:

• Predictive assessment (assessment centre)

• Training and workshop program

• Coaching program

• Final evaluation (360° evaluation)

Next Generation harmonizes managerial approach with their subordinates ideas and the perspective of their direct superiors.

Mentor - RESULT Management Academy

Mentoris the RESULT Management Academy project aiming at developing and improving the managerial and leadership manner of thinking and behaving.

It is a 12-month project and has 4 modules:

• Management

• Coaching

• Leadership

• Mentorship

The main objective of the Mentor project is to identify concrete options and solutions for the managers’ questions and dilemmas. It starts from experiencing different situations and issues encountered in management activities.

The Matrix - Dezvoltarea echipei

The Matrix is a project dedicated to improving productivity in a team. It's a 4 - month project and has 4 levels:

• Team's assessment centre

• Implementing effective solutions

• Workshop and coaching programme

• Final evaluation (360° evaluation)
